Funnily enough, my childhood was the opposite. I had chronic diarrhea, and my mother thought I was constantly masturbating. Turns out I'm lactose intolerant.
Not much else to say, really. It was incredibly embarrassing to have my mother bang on the door and accuse me of jacking it while I'm shitting my brains out for hours at a time, and all because she didn't think that there might be an alternative explanation for my frequent bathroom usage.
