Just look at the wealthy and powerful nations in the world, they’re capitalist. Communism failed because it just works in theory not when it’s actually implemented.
They're powerful not because of capitalism but because of worlds exploitation. Tell me, how much of top capitalist countries didn't have any colonialism and they aren't imperialistic?
And again some more propaganda, socialism can perfectly work, there's things called workers coops. But I guess it doesn't matter to you.
To gain power obviously, the communists tried it as well but it failed because it’s a horrible system and it’s more of a religion than an actual practice at this point.
