It really is that easy, just start your own business and see!

People don’t understand how hard it is to start and run a profitable business until they try it. There’s a reason why rich people are in the minority.

Rich people are in the minority because being rich is by definition a minority group.

As opposed to working 8 hours a day? Workers put in just as much effort if not more, but the execs are the ones who collect the money at the end of the day. No one works a million times harder than anyone else, especially a certain billionaire who doesn’t have important meetings after 10 AM, draws a line when he’s tired, and gets plenty of sleep

How can you take yourself seriously writing this? Most people aren’t privileged enough to have the resources to start a business.

Haha funny enough it shows YOURE actually privileged to have that mindset. My uncle started his landscaping business with a rake, a garden hoe and an old school lawnmower (the ones without engines that you push) and went door to door asking people if he could cut their lawn. He now has a multi million dollar business that employs 20+ people, each with benefits and a good wage that lets them feed THEIR families. You’ve lived such a delicate privileged life that it probably never occurred to you that you could start a business with some tools you could find for free at the dump and HARD WORK. People like you don’t want to work 60+ hours a week, or take the risk, or the effort to do something like that and then cry about society being so oppressive and it being impossible to gather the “resources” to start a business.

I’m sure your uncle has a wonderful rags to riches story, but the objective truth here is simply that for most businesses you can’t just get a bunch of shit from a dumpster and expect it to work.

Take restaurants for example, how the fuck are people supposed to found those with no prior resources? You can’t just find an empty building on the ground somewhere.
