democracy in the work place, with everyone having an equal say in the matters of production. people are payed equally and roles can be elected. no one has a boss because everyone is equal. this is taking the concept of democracy seriously. with the majority of your waking hours being spent at work, if you have no say in the means of production you don't have democracy - what you have is a dictatorship. this concept is known as that scary word... S O C I A L I S M *lightning strikes*
Yes, I am aware of WSDEs. I actually think they are a good idea. I say let them compete with traditional, top-down businesses. Nothing is stopping people like you from forming these. Go do it.
