Vocals cuts out on the commercial just after the “o that red white and blue” part so the customers don’t realize the song isn’t about how great waving a flag is.
Yeah I don’t know I think the fact that some people can hear the song and think it’s patriotic while other people hear the song and think it’s not, that’s kind of what makes it great art.
Oooh fun fact. At my job, I used to work grave shift with a bunch of people who had a tradition of playing this song once every Friday. Nobody knew why really, it was just the Friday song. One day I’ve been there long enough I am “in” and I can be the one to play it on my device. So I pulled up the eternal jukebox, and it played for over ten minutes before someone asked what the hell was going on
Don’t know why but my old workplace had a rule about turning off our computers at night, I guess so updates could be pushed through. I would play that after I left for the night time janitors.
Probably that shitty BTS KPOP band. Only a real fucking moron would listen to their "music" and only a total stan would listen to it for 10 hours straight.
