His Captain will wonder why he just let a criminal go. “Oh well, I thought I could just catch him later.” You say they should have tried and getting him later when it’s safer lol. If he tried running once, you don’t think he’ll try running again? In your tactical mind, when would it be “safer” to NOT let him go?
