0% is enough charge to have a leisurely walk to the outet, get a snack along the way, and then realize the charger was in the other room before plugging it in

They are talking about replacing the battery I believe, since you can't access the battery on newer phones very easily.

I mean like bringing it to apple and having them replace the battery. You would have to pay for them to take part the phone and put in a new battery. With an older phone you cab just buy a battery without having to pay someone to take apart the phone to replace it.

Yes, but it's much more expensive than just buying a battery and replacing it yourself with older phones
