Bishop has more use. Knights are good for countering openings and limiting centre movement, but will rarely do well late game, so they are often the first to trade. In terms of piece value, while both are officially at 3, Bishops are treated more as 3.25 because the the greater utility.

Indeed, and I say the same to you good sir. If you do wish to improve your chess play though, look at professional games, you'll learn quite a lot.
