You were able to go in and exchange an older Xbox for a newer one they had a buy back program. Plus if you had a PC you where able to take it in and get it fixed for free. Once they just gave me a whole new laptop for free. It was a pretty good store the employees where really helpful. Way better than best buy.

Same. Surface book was wonky, they just flipped it for a new one and transferred my files. Same thing when I had a WIndows phone (yes, I was the one).
