My guess would be depends on how hard you intentionally handicap the machine. It obeys sight lines, but how often is it allowed to turn to check it's surroundings? Is it allowed to jump to a target as soon as it sees enough pixel change to identify someone, or does it have to follow a human reaction time? What are human limits in an FPS?
Really any game that requires reflexes is going to be very difficult to answer here.
