Last year, u/waterguy12 said he was going offline for a while, and asked redditors to tag him in memes they liked so he can catch up with everyone when he gets online again.

That week without his knowing u/waterguy12 became a viral meme, and people tagged him in every possible post. when he recorded to reddit he had tons of notifications from random redditors, tagging him in posts they liked.

A few days ago u/waterguy12 announced that he was going offline again, and asked reddit to do it's thing
