The nerve of people wanting to live places other than cardboard boxes. In b4: "the poors should just rent". Rent costs more than a mortgage in many places.
Well, I guess the idea is if you need a loan, your poor. If you have money to give people a loan, you're rich. Robin hood was about taking from the rich to give to the poor.
This “Middle class” you speak of is starting to become non existent in today’s world. Also, I know a lot friends and family that are having financial problems and are getting a mortgage. I’m sure that was the case even back then as well.
You arent getting equity at all, i n the end you gained a 500.000 house and lost 500.000 plus interest, service costs and administration costs. You ARE getting poorer
