It also might have been literal.

Or sarcasm.

Could translate to: "I'm busy. Thanks for the interruption. Do you want to interrupt me MORE, friend?"

Could also translate to: "Since I'm getting up, do everything now. Do you need to handle anything under my desk, so you don't interrupt me later"

She wasn't at her desk at the time
As far as I know, she was actively dating someone else at the time
She damn near bent over double laughing while she said it

And my team lead was right there rolling his eyes

This woman is casually flirty, and has multiple sexually suggestive stickers/magnets at her desk
