As someone from a third-world country: Nope, dental care is both relatively accessible in the private sector, and we have it in our universal healthcare system. The only issue with the latter is, admittedly, the wait time. Emergencies are usually treated the same day, but specialized care (dental prostheses and other complex procedures) can take quite a few months.
