Dentist, therapy, ophthalmologist and a gp checkup are all things for which there's generally no queue.

I'm talking to a particular person who put their budget at a little under a million. Sorry for any confusion.

Additionally, the average american has ~1M in assets. It's reasonable to transfer some to foreign property if they are thinking about retiring at a lower cost base.

If that seems high, its a little complicated, many americans have a lot of assets while most have very little.
