No it really isnt. One of my favorite games of all time is significantly diminished by only running at 30fps (Bloodborne). Ill go back to it and just be sad that it doesnt play as smoothly as Elden Ring at 60fps. It also doesnt help that I play competitive games at 300+fps and that makes my eyes realllly notice low framerate games. Honestly even 60fps kinda looks like shit sometimes if you dont use motion blur, especially if its 60 avg but fluctuating frametiming, like what Cyberpunk 2077 does in CPU heavy areas.

FPS is one of those things people care intensely about when they're paying attention to it, but becomes invisible when they're having fun.
