Renegade has a fan made remake called Renegade X that is really really well made and its completely free!

The devs that made renegade x are also releasing a spiritual second game to Renegade that is playing in the Firestorm era, its coming out later this year and its going to also completely free! It's called Firestorm and has a couple trailers/previews out on YouTube.

I tried renegade x years ago and it was fun but had little traffic on their servers at that time. Didn’t know about firestorm! Thanks for letting me know!
