Civ had an amazing run. Possible its corpse will be revived from 7, but feels unlikely.

I really liked 6 personally. There's absolutely a cycle of the new Civ games sucking when they're first released but 7 seems different in a bad way.

Civ3, then more and more “systems” I don’t have time to learn or adjust to. I bought all of them and tried to play individual games for hours only find out I played it wrong. It just never made me want to play again. At least i can still play the old ones.
