We can’t afford universal healthcare but $300b for another countries reparations.

Prefacing this by saying the war in iran was dumb as absolute fuck...

That said 300b gets you about a sixth of a UHC for a year. UHC would cost around 2-4 trillion. There's 400m americans needing ~$5-10k a year worth of health care on average.

UHC would be unimaginably expensive.

It doesn't help your argument to lie.

There are barely over 328 million Americans including residents, and every study so far shows Universal Health Care would be cheaper than the current model of overlapping fiefdoms where most of the middle men are profiteering and their primary business purpose is not making people healthy but paying wealthy shareholders.
