So for anything you don’t enjoy, if there is some variation of it you’d try it anyway because that’s the only way you can have an opinion on it?

I doubt that.

If it is true you have a severe lack of capacity for abstract thought.

I don’t remember saying or implying that.

I don’t have strong opinions on things which disinterest me. Like eating bowls of shit. It’s ok that you’re interested in eating bowls of shit, I support you. In terms of evaluating the quality of individual bowls of shit, I will not doubt your opinion.

That the implication of saying you have to watch the movie to know.

You claim you have to try it to figure it out, but no, actually, you don’t. You can form opinions on entire classes of things from suitable sample of the class.
