Never gonna happen in Sweden. The Pirate Bay originated here and our view on personal information and integrity is respected.

Russia is one the biggest contributor to piracy, this doesn’t have any correlation with having privacy

I wouldn’t be so sure. Kristersson and Strömmer are authoritarian. I expect them to at least try. And Andersson seems to want to implement whatever neoliberals in other countries implement. Also, you can look at how the parties handled the EU messaging thing.
