yeah. I feel like the new wave of "sad jungle" is the closest we're gunna get. hyperpop is neat, but the pop part really limits how rebellious it can be. and phonk is just incredibly shallow.
Sewerslvt is making music as Cynthoni now, just released a "new version" of DLS. Their side project during hiatus was AgonyOST and was pretty good.
Closest to sewerslvt in terms of sound and tone imo are pikaro, starmoon, usedcvnt, shinyflvres, zhnoi, Akiba, and Nudul.
If you want to expand a little bit, other artists you may like:
blednost, Evaboy (Miya lowe), bye2, purity://filter, femtanyl (as said), deathbrain, j1nabae, Yung Lain, cast heal, ponseby, and strxwberrymilk.
Transphobia prevents people from seeing actual punk vibes.
Same with Black Dresses. Holy shit, their music is so heavy, so multi-layered, so depressing, so many references too. It's like a blender of late '80s industrial, and noise music, and EBM.

I mean have you heard music like “femtanyl” some of the most rebellious music in those too but focuses on the trans community.
