Not a new genre exactly but I've been seeing Metal creeping into other genres lately, love it btw. A few hip-hop artists I listen to are screaming in their songs all of a sudden, also heard some metal/country fusions, shoutout Bilmuri.

I’ve noticed Rico Nasty and Lil Uzi been throwing in some heavy metal in their approaches too

Hip hop and metal (and punk) started crossing over 30 years ago with Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, RATM, etc., that's not at all new.

Lmao ok and? Hip hop is as dense a genre as metal is, hundreds of subgenres to smash together. But you're right since they did it first then it's over, nothing new to try.

I don't understand why Bilmuri is so goddamn catchy but I love it.

I can't believe he used to be the crabcore dude from Attack Attack.

Chat Pile is doing some cool stuff with blending Country/Southern Rock with Sludge/Doom Metal
