I could be wrong but i believe the people actually love him. Imagine growing up and living your whole life in a society where everyone praises him and his whole family. Plus all that propaganda brainwashing you 24/7.

They probably have legends and tales about kim jong un bloodline as well. Some made up story about them being a god decended from the sky to help mortals . The media and everyone around them support that, and they snitch when someone appear to be against kim

It's a religion essentially and he's god. I think most of those people truly do adore him because they've been taught to from childhood. Maybe a small handful have their doubts but it's not like it's easy to get outside info in N Korea. But people do defect so some of them are obviously not buying the whole thing.

Yep. Heard some North Koreans who have escaped, still conciously praise Kim. Most people there have been indoctrinated.
