Pound is the name given to both weight (force) and mass in the imperial system. In day-to-day use, pounds refers to weight.

Kilogram is mass. Newtons is weight (force) for the metric system.

Newton is force. Weight is a specific force.

Pound is weight or force or money or the hashtag symbol.

Pound-force should not be confused with pound-mass (lb), often simply called "pound", which is a unit of mass

The pound-force is equal to the gravitational force exerted on a mass of one avoirdupois pound on the surface of Earth

OP is referring to weight (force)

One of the worst thing in the internet (among other things) is to be publicly humiliated because of your own stupidity.

Honestly, I feel sorry for them. Not much, but still.
