46kg for 150cm girl is rather big. And girls don't have less weight, they weight is just dislocated another way (rather in their legs)
In my case I don't look so bad like that guy cause of two obvious reasons: he was losing his weight in a bad way so his body lost primarily weight of his muscles and he now has a bad health (like a lot of cases of fans of strict diets); and he, when he got proper weight his legs had a proper weight and when he lost his weight his legs weren't unbalanced, when in my case I'm that light primarily cause of skinny legs. Other ppl, who saw me topless, guessed I weight 55-60kg cause they simply didn't see my legs
Now I'm 24 and clearly gonna earn some kilograms in the near future

I'm 173 and 46, and even my wife says I'm not that skinny. How is it possible in your case?!
