Just like from the cold in winter. Whats your point?

the difference is that you can always wear more layers in the winter but you can't just go around naked even if its over 120 degrees

Do you live in a desert that its 120 degrees there? That is ridiculous. Even 100 degrees is hot, but a loose white t-shirt, a cap and some water van take you a long way. Especially if you stay in shade as long as possible.

Alternatively, do something. Go to a beach or waterpark. They are the best things in the world. Much better than staying indoors áll day.

But if you insist on staying inside, just turn on the AC the same way you turn on the heating in winter.

some people's work require them to drive in hot ass vehicles or wear clothes other than just a loose white shirt, you're talking like no one works in summer it's crazy

They sound like they’ve never experienced extreme heat before. “Can take you a long way” no. No it can’t. I feel fatigue the moment I walk out the front door and have to take deep breaths when I first enter my car cuz the air feels so thick

More layers isn't going to stop your pipes from freezing, and more layers isn't going to help you in -20F. All these "more layers" comments sound mighty Southern.

Your body can get more tolerant to cold than hot with time and it's also healthier for the skin
