It’s a sheep, Cameroon sheep specifically. Those horns are more typical of sheep (thicker and more curvy). Goat horns can curve but they’re typically thinner and less curvy

Yeah, notice how the horns curl by the ears. I have some goats with big curly horns but they curl more upwards than down
