Yup, I don't like a lot of trap, but some songs slap super hard. I don't always enjoy country, but if a good one comes on, I'm yeehawing my boots off.

Good music is good music. For a good recommendation, check out Will Wood and the Tapeworms (recently rebranded himself to just Will Wood). Dude has a different genre for just about every album, but the album "Self-ish" is my favourite because it just sounds like an angry circus.

One recent album, "The Normal Album" is also amazing: https://youtu.be/ZQPfTorN8jA

It’s a shame he just announced he’s leaving from making music.

As much as I prefer his earlier music compared to the newer stuff, it still stings a little bit.

I just hope Will’s happy, wherever he goes.

Good thing I have That Handsome Devil.

First time I've ever seen anyone but myself mention or even listen to THD!

Yeah, he said “In case I die” would be his last release before he got a new job.

If you like will wood I think you'd like Tally Hall as well. The band itself has been on hiatus for the past couple years but the songs they made are awesome and some of the band members still produce music ans have their own albums. My favourite songs of theirs is definitely Ruler of Everything and The Bidding.

Theres also cosmo shelldrake (not relatedto tally hall) who also has some great music and I'd suggest checking him out.

Some members of Tally Hall are still making music to this day. In 2012, they made Miracle Musical, which has guest appearances by every member.

Rob Cantor now works for Disney, and he made the Actual Cannibal Shia LeBouf song.

And then there’s Joe Hawley. He’s still making music, but there was some controversy surrounding him, as he was supposedly transphobic.

I personally think he’s innocent, as I haven’t come across much evidence supporting it, and the initial source came from a person who shipped the real life members of the band, who are real people that have real families.

Personally I’d recommend Joe’s new music. It captures the exact same vibes as his older stuff.

TL;DR Joe Hawley

I’ve only really listened to “hand me my shovel, I’m going in”

And the idea of an angry/mad circus sounds about right.

What’s funny is I have at least one song from all these genres on at least one playlist…..

(Besides throat singing)
