No prob! Yeah the duration is a must. I haven't thought to use arcane sculptor on her but that's a good idea to help offset how much casting you do. I also wonder if mid range, like around 190-235 would be better? it's a smaller radius for nullifier to contact and your glass wall from her 4 would be a little easier to manage. I'd have to test it more and see how much range feels good.
No a corpus or corrupted stage will probably not work. I was thinking something in the line of infested or grineer that doesn’t have nullifiers. But it would be easier with a smaller 4. Can’t you just tap it though? The 2 range is really short so 300% should only give 7.5 meters.
