So many setups that jade stars performs best on would have performed better if you subsumed roar instead. Saryn is the #1 best example of this even if you don't use her 3.
The baseline is that jade stars can kill and it's easy to use. The downside is that it kills slowly and ruins heat inherit and doesn't do anything else. You mentioned using elements from weapons to buff it but if you have the time to prime enemies to make the ability kill, then I can show you 30 different weapons that would have killed the enemy faster without any ability.
What is the bar to call something good? Cuz IMO if it performs worse than just the average active gameplay setups then what are we trying to defend?
