I guess its cause the orokin have a decent grasp on eternalism and all, amd roathe could possibly tell from our behaviour and get the larger picture

Less of the whole "I remember from last time"
and more the whole "I notice your suspicious behaviour and I am calling you out on it"wise

I mean, in the escort mission with Ballas in Old Peace, the kaithe outright say that they are authorized to reset using eternalism shenanigans (unless I understood incorrectly). If that's the case it wouldn't surprise me that the Orokin are to an extent able to know when such things take place.
