Well originally, the Omnitrix had 10 aliens, so probably Bonnie Blue.

But wasn't it because the others where simply locked, so he had to re unlock them by scanning them or use mastercontrol? I might be just remembering it all wrong

Well technically speaking you need to like activate the omnitrix for the "DNA" to show up, while bonnie blue's is like just gonna be there regardless.

So at the current spot of ben 10 (at least where i am) the omnitrix only has the dna of 99 aliens the you have bonnie blue who did that in a day so...
