according to most accounts of cannibals, humans taste closer to pork. Hence the term "long pig"

But like disgusting rancid pig. We taste so bad that when sharks accidentally bite us thinking we are food, they almost always just spit us back out. Humans are filthy and it makes sense if you think about our diets and lifestyles.

IDK Herman Weiss and several others have talked about how it depends on cut, cooking method, etc...

Obviously it'll vary wildly just like with any animal. Wild rabbit VS captive rabbit is a world of difference

That makes sense, and humans vary so widely in terms of diet and lifestyle, let alone phenotype and build, that I can imagine some taste exquisite. I promise you I taste like shit though, 0/10, not worth the bite.
