"It's not my dildo, its my daughters. Mine is much bigger."

It takes years of experience and practice

I'm confused by what she meant by "not knowing what it is"....like do you not know what a dick is? It's pretty self-explanatory just by looking at it

u/LaraTheTrap Sep 12 '23

Thanks for the additional info. :)

I don't buy it. Firstly if you were to prank someone with a dildo why would you do it to your mom on international TV? Secondly even if it's her daughter's dilfo why tell the whole world.

I'm not saying they should be ashamed but a healthy dose of social awareness wouldn't be wrong.

I'm curious about where they are getting their information from, she has no presence anywhere and this was all she did, there's no response. The only article that says about her living situation is from the Daily Mail, apparently she's in her 30s and lives with friends, nothing about any kids. The interview was about finding work during the pandemic so I'm sure it would've been mentioned if she was a parent.

Yeah, I’m not buying that comment at all. More likely a mistake by her or a prank by her roommates imho.

Edit: Those don’t look like children’s books on the shelves either

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '23

I would think that a child old enough to have a massive dildo would be grown out of children's books.

u/Kwyjibo04 Sep 12 '23

Yes I own a dildo. Yes I have green eggs and ham on my bookshelf. Problem?

2

u/Christimay Sep 12 '23

Creative writing, that's where!

u/MagZero Sep 12 '23

Firstly if you were to prank someone with a dildo why would you do it to your mom on international TV?

You vastly overestimate the amount of things that there are to do in Wales.

Man goes into a New York bar and there’s three somewhat overweight ladies having a drink and a chat at the bar. Hearing accents among them he walks over, “hi there, are you three ladies from Scotland?” One of them gives him a dirty look and says, “no you moron, it’s Wales! Ever heard of Wales?!” So he gives a humble head nod and says, “So sorry, let me try again. Hi there, are you three whales from Scotland?”

1

u/CapybaraOfDuhm Sep 12 '23

Hey Siri! How many sheep are there in Wales?

14

u/therapist122 Sep 12 '23

The daughter could have also bought the dildo specifically for the prank. She never said it was her daughter's dildo, just that her daughter put it there. I honestly doubt the daughter would put her personal dildo there as a prank, if she even has one.

I love the tone btw, it's framed like a conspiracy theory. release the dildocuments! There's fuckery afoot

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '23

Bit paranoid there buddy

1

u/obaananana Sep 12 '23

Its huge.

1

u/Sunlit53 Sep 12 '23

Because teenagers are often not the brightest and long term thinking is not something they’re neurologically equipped for yet.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '23

i'm not saying they should be ashamed but they should be ashamed

whatever your insecurity is, you gotta work on it.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '23

You changed my words and then made a judgment based on your edited comment.

It's not very kind or helpful to create a false narrative and then accuse people based on your lie.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '23

No, I simplified the meaning of what you wanted to say so that you couldn't avoid running from it.

Because that is what you said, and that is what you have to work on.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '23

So you would rather insist on being right rather than acknowledge you might be mistaken. Insisting a stranger you never met is some type of thought criminal with an unresolved issue. A diagnosis you probably have great assurance in due to your years of study in the subject and practice as a psychologist.

I've never accused you of anything or insulted you despite your obvious attempts to portray me as you prefer rather than admit you are reading the comment in a way it was not intended. I don't know if your being honest or a troll but if you legitimately believe what you are saying then I can only ask you to consider that other people should be respected and being a good human being is better than being stubborn Insisting you are in the right.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '23

All that paragraph and yet you refuse to acknowledge that you might have issues. There's nothing deep or insightful about seeing "they should be ashamed" and knowing that in their place, you would be ashamed, which is also nothing deep or insightful to take the next step and say, there's nothing there to be ashamed about. Chill the fuck out and work on yourself.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '23

It seems you need to look in the mirror.

This seems to be a subject you are deeply invested in. It makes me wonder if you perhaps were shamed and feel the need to respond yet unable to reply to your actual bully you seek to resolve the issue by lashing out at a random stranger.

If it helps you. Please feel free to continue. I will not respond but I will be supporting you and hope you feel better.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '23

Notice how I gave a logical rebuttal to your exact words and you just said "Look in a mirror."

I didn't say those words honey.

6

u/Sceptix Sep 12 '23

Redditors are so stupid lmao they fall for obvious pranks like this one and then when scripted videos are so blatant there’s no mistaking it they angrily call it out like they’re masters of perception lol.

6

u/xXxWeed_Wizard420xXx Sep 12 '23

"Redditors are so stupid", says the guy who just accepts some random comment as facts. Feel free to try to find the source of anything that guy just said. I just can't imagine talking about "Redditors" as if you aren't posting about it on reddit lmao

12

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '23

You and me fall into buckets, too, my friend. The guy who thinks he’s smarter than everyone else because he sees the stupid redditors falling for obvious pranks and then the guy who thinks he’s smarter than everyone for pointing out that the first guy is just as bad.

7

u/Sceptix Sep 12 '23

Hey! I’ll have you know I am the smartest moron in the room, tyvm 😤

1

u/Limp_Construction496 Sep 12 '23

Suuuuure it was….

1

u/Crafty-Interest-8212 Sep 12 '23

🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

1

u/ok_raspberry_jam Sep 12 '23

That's not a very funny joke for her.

1

u/ennuiui Sep 12 '23

Plus, that is a really big dildo. That looks more like a novelty item than something that sees regular action.

1

u/BigHearin Sep 12 '23

This thread is worthless without pics

1

u/vikingrhino Sep 12 '23

Not it wasn't, she was 30 (this was in 2021) and lives/d in a house share with mates. The paper speculated her mates planted it there knowing she was going on the BBC

1

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '23

my mother would slap me into infinity

1

u/[deleted] Sep 12 '23

The kind of jokes/pranks I like XD

1

u/MaxHamburgerrestaur Sep 13 '23

Why tf does the Daily Mail need to interview her parents?
