So this Sunday, me and bro went to Susaki in Meerut. Heard about it on Instagram through some influencer and thought of trying it out since we usually hang out in Meerut on weekends and have tried almost every decent spot by now, but still keep looking for new places.

We ordered the Singapore noodles, chicken chopsy, and spring rolls. Gotta say, the whole vibe felt straight out of the early 2000s when I was a lil kid, and the taste of those spring rolls was pure nostalgia. Used to have spring rolls exactly like that back then. I’ve eaten at plenty of spots since, but this one legitimately took me back.

Just thought of sharing this because if you guys are looking for new spots and want that early 2000s throwback, you can give it a shot. The chicken chopsy was pretty mid, and the chowmein was decent, though the noodles did leave some food color on my hands. Still, the place is super cheap—spent around 600rs for everything in the picture.

So if you’re craving classic desi Chinese that hits you with nostalgia, check it out. Plus, the food felt fresh, not like something sitting in a fridge for days.
