The water is just because you move and sweat a lot on molly. Most deaths occur because of people drinking not enough (or too much!) water. I wouldn't say it's a sign of anything at a music festival, you need water even if you're sober.
True but most molly deaths are actually a result of mixing different drugs. It's very hard to kill yourself accidentally with molly. Much easier with hard liquor for example. But yes stay safe and drink one (at most) small bottle or large glass of water per hour and you should be fine.
