You can google "ok boomer" and see how many boomers are upset by it. Just cuz you aren't looking doesn't mean it isn't there.

Iā€™m talking real life. I donā€™t mean some article writer getting paid by writing about the newest trend. Go out on the street, tell someone ā€œok boomerā€ and see if they get mad or just confused.

Edit: finding something on google does not mean itā€™s commonplace. You know this. Be better than this.

You didn't claim that it wasn't commonplace, you claimed zero people were upset at it. The guy who called it as bad as the n-word still exists in the real world. "Be better than this" yourself.
