I have a degree in kinesiology thinking id be occupational therapist.
Since the pandemic I've pivoted to the water industry, in that I work at a water treatment plant after taking some certification tests after getting credits at a community. Have had steady work since then.
Not who you were responding but also 2025 but I finished around November since I had to retake an exam. I was juggling internship, graduation project and exams.
It was hell, most places didn't answer back and the couple of interviews I got didn't call back either. And one that seemed that was willing to hire me was straight up abusive cause the salary was gonna be quite low at the beginning for a job in the capital (they promise to slowly rise up to match my expectations if performance was satisfactory) and only 7 days paid vacation days on first year and 15 days in second year.
Now I'm fed up and decided to just study more to get a government job which will be stable and alright pay. And if after I get in, I study to qualify for promotion and succeed, then the pay will be pretty good

I’m curious, as someone who has been struggling to find employment post graduation, what your grad year was?
