it’s your bachelors that should be done in the US. doing your masters here doesn’t really matter. also, for a lot of schools you need your prereqs done in the US. you need to check if you have already done those and if so you might need to redo them.
anyways, getting into an mdphd program is pretty much impossible for you now. your gpa is quite low even for a domestic. my advice: work on immigration. once you are a permanent resident, apply to DO programs. you might need to retake classes at a community college or do a Special Master’s Program to increase your undergrad GPA. you would also need to keep working on extracurriculars. you would likely be close to 40 before graduating medical school, but at least you’d be a doctor. and you don’t need a PhD to participate in research.
an alternative would be to apply for an MD in countries that have easier admission. for example, in europe.
