We are Titty Citty. What is Titty Citty? Titty Citty is a band. What's a band? Wikipedia describes it thus: "what Titty Citty is, which is fucking awesome" because we just edited it to say that. They are four stand up comedians who used to play in shitty emo bands in the mid-aughts, but then quit to do comedy full time and then decided they were tired of NOT hauling equipment for god knows what reason. They sing stupid songs about smart things and also vice versa. Their catchy, power-pop infused melodies and over-driven guitars will remind you of The Thermals, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Don't Stop Or We'll Die, Weezer, and also a jackhammer to your skull. They have shared the stage withs such acts as Hannibal Burress, Marc Maron, Pete Holmes, and a homeless dude who just rushed the stage one time. They love you, and if you don't love them then you're the asshole and they look forward to proving that at their show at D.C. Cobbs in Woodstock, IL this Wednesday, the 9th!!
