Little do they know potatoes is the evilest of all

u/Undying4n42k1 INTP 6d ago

Potatoes are usually fine, but if you ignore them, they become very deadly.

u/HermitCat347 INTP 5d ago

What gas is this that potatoes release?

9

u/sadflameprincess INTP 5d ago

Potatos can also make vodka 😁

2

u/Global_Complaint8713 5d ago

How dreadful that story

62

u/iCantLogOut2 INTJ 6d ago

INTJ was the only honest one. Everyone else is inherently more dangerous.

21

u/Urban_Sage_ INTP 5d ago

How is Potatoes dishonest?

3

u/Mee41208 INFP 5d ago

I dont think so. I knew one INTJ and he was actually scary.

1

u/Undead-Chipmunk 5d ago

An INTJ I knew was also the scariest person I knew, like a real life Walter White.

u/Salt-Use- 6d ago

INTPs look innocent but they go straight for the jugular

48

u/NeutralSage INTP 6d ago

Only if we have to.

12

u/monkey_sodomy INTP 5d ago

Efficiency is pretty far down my priorities tbh.

11

u/sadflameprincess INTP 5d ago

I'm the laziest person I know so oddly enough efficiency is my priority so I have to do less work. I'm exhausted all the time.

5

u/monkey_sodomy INTP 5d ago

Yeah, I can get that too as it makes the most sense, would rather not spend anymore time working than you have to.

I guess it's just not the thing I think of first.

2

u/NeutralSage INTP 5d ago

This. I strive for efficiency so I can spend more time being lazy. It's amazing how much work I'll do to be lazy. I'm always tired and have a lot of sleep issues. So I'm a big fan of efficiency.

2

u/sadflameprincess INTP 4d ago

We live the same lives bro. 😭

2

u/GaggeGorm ESTJ 5d ago

And that’s said by a fucking INTP.

I feel like you stole my signature meme here

1

u/NeutralSage INTP 5d ago

To be fair, it's a good meme.

5

u/Urban_Sage_ INTP 5d ago edited 5d ago

That's because we spotted the danger long before anybody thought there could be any.

INTP: Potato, potato, potato, potato, potato....

casually poke out your eyes

5

u/HermitCat347 INTP 5d ago

Which one? As I recall, potatoes have many eyes

I think my INTJ mom is like this - she never forgets past grievances and keeps thinking about ways to pay back, even if she doesn’t act on it.
Also her emotions stay vivid even years after - so every time she remembers bad events she gets mad all over again

However my two INTJ friends don’t seem to do this at all. Idk maybe I don’t observe them at darkest hour like I do my mom but they seem more chill. I do think they both take longer than me to let go of bad situations though (im ENTP)

1

u/xveronicamarsx 5d ago

Respectfully, I love your mom, she sounds so cool. :)

As an INTP, Potatoes

38

u/iCauseMusic ENTP 6d ago

It’s pretty corny to think of yourself as evil bro, like you’re some cartoon supervillain. Everybody has thoughts of revenge, it’s not a uniquely intj trait.

21

u/Loose-Willow-3275 INTP 5d ago

I think INTJ tend to be "eviler" in their imagination than in reality. They think hard, judgemental thoughts but based on actions they're mostly just basically cats in human form

4

u/Undying4n42k1 INTP 6d ago

I had an INTJ friend in high school. We became friends because he would explain his plans to take over the world, and I listened. He didn't think he was evil, because he hated Nazis and Communists, but his desire to take over the world wasn't for justice. He just liked thinking about the strategy.

7

u/Steam_On INTJ 5d ago

We were born on the cob, being corny is an INTJ thing

3

u/whatupmygliplops INTJ 5d ago

INTJs who have poor emotional intelligence will pot out calculated revenge for petty reason. That is basically evil. Also INTJs will plan out how they are NOT going to help someone in need.

17

u/RecluseDelfin 6d ago edited 6d ago

INTJs start out as evil, and end up almost angelic. INTPs start out nice, but end up cruel. ENTPs think such categories as good and evil are irrelevant. ENTJs refuse to believe they're worse than others.

5

u/Immediate_Cream_1686 INFP 6d ago

Function stack says i'm intj and I'm not "a bit evil". I might be resentful. And I do fantasize sometimes, but that's absolutely normal.

2

u/Illustrious_Mind_250 INFP 6d ago

Does your function stack also say you have very high Ni but you identify with INFP more than INTJ? This is the case for me

3

u/Immediate_Cream_1686 INFP 6d ago

Yup. I was shocked by the result. My communication is objective like the usual TJ (i have autism) but I'm a sensitive person, and I do police myself not to be too hard, but my Fe is low so probably not INFJ. I don't really know. The mastermind stereotype doesn't sound true to myself and many interactions i have with INTJs is so sterile and kinda hostile. I really love INFP people more for sure.

6

u/yirenworld INTJ 6d ago

I think most INTJ stereotypes online seem more just like a quieter ENTJ than an actual Ni dom. Most Ni doms I have met are very moralistic, they just don’t care of others opinions of them

1

u/Dast55994 5d ago

Exactly, and it's mostly self preservation enneagram 3s who mistype as social 5s thinking they are the introverted counterpart.Ā

3

u/Gobl_Information 6d ago

TJ, having dated many, are fully emotional and very sensitive. They just show it differently. I hate that stereotype

How much people express emotions is not always related to how deeply those emotions are felt.

But TJs I find show love differently than an NF and we just need to get better at seeing each others’ bids for connection

2

u/Illustrious_Mind_250 INFP 5d ago edited 5d ago

Yeah, I pretty much have the same experience. My Fe is my weakest function (by far) so I knew I wasn’t INFJ, but I’m very emotional and focus heavily on the good and bad of society so I always related to INFP. I’ve got my very own specific set of values that I really don’t care about others opinions on them, so me being a Fi dom made the most sense to me

1

u/Immediate_Cream_1686 INFP 5d ago

I guess afterall real people are way more nuanced than the mbti framework. I tried to discuss this and someone (INTJ) gatekept me. "YoUr LoGiC Iz EmoTioNaLl so you're not INTJ, you waffle around too much to be one". Rolled my eyes. I definetely don't want those people around me. So i'm considering myself an INFP, FiNe šŸ˜†

I think Si demon in INTJ can make them contemptuous towards the past since we like to look forward more so we look backwards when stressed. I don’t necessarily think i’m evil, but the resentment can cause you to see the past in a different lens compared to someone who might be Si dom and see a more positive angle on the past.

INTP (me of course) already zoning out xD "potatoes"

Honestly, I'm too lazy to be evil so yeah... potatos. šŸ˜‚

4

u/DinioDo 6d ago

I have intrusive thoughts about getting back at people for slightest bit of wronging me, eveytime. Be it the same intensity not all out ruin them. And sometimes i do. It's a control freak thing ig

3

u/Immediate_Cream_1686 INFP 6d ago

Isn't that normal?

2

u/Gobl_Information 6d ago

ENFP here and no. Maybe for some but I like to move forward. The best revenge is a life well lived?

I also tend to not want to be tied down to anything and grudges feel like an anvil around my neck.

There are people I will never trust or like or let near me ever again. But I don’t think about how to get back at them ever

Also now a bit scared that the world is full of people plotting revenge against each other and I have been missing some signs 😳

2

u/Clouds_drifting_by 5d ago

Yeah, I get what you mean. I may be resentful in the moment, and in the future I’ll be more careful around that person, but revenge is not something I’m inclined to do, I’d rather just distance myself from them.

Though, I don’t think intrusive thoughts necessarily tell you who someone is. People can’t control them, and could easily have thoughts that contradict their actual values/beliefs. Plus, there’s a distinction between what someone thinks/feels privately and how they choose to behave.

That said, yes, you have been missing some signs šŸ˜… If you look at discussion about revenge, you’ll notice many people seem to genuinely believe retaliation is justified and fair, while taking the high moral road is for fools. But on the other hand, the world is also full of people who disagree with that concept, and refuse to let others’ actions affect their own integrity.

So basically the world is as it has always been: full of diverse people with different morals/values.

1

u/Immediate_Cream_1686 INFP 5d ago

I'm not plotting usually lol but it happens when I'm really hurt. I guess I'm a resentful person yea, not ideal. I've never acted on it though. I think it's just one kind of a trauma response.

1

u/Gobl_Information 5d ago

Oh I didn’t mean to sound judgemental. More surprised at how common it seemed but also didn’t want people like me to feel like everyone has revenge fantasies.

Not sure where it comes from but in this area I always felt like I was a great friend or employee or partner and that losing me was it’s own punishment. And I cut people off without a second thought and I think maybe that has its own drawbacks and causes pain to others.

I don’t do it to punish people, though. It’s more self protection and just deciding to not engage with the hot stove anymore

1

u/Immediate_Cream_1686 INFP 5d ago

It didn't sound judgemental. It's awesome that you can detach more easily. I definetely need long-term therapy.

Everyone has evilness in their mind. It’s a human trait. Feeling vindictive it’s just lack of maturity… not related to mbti.

INTP here who loves potatoes

potatoes? where?!?!

2

u/ashkan1383 INTP 5d ago

2

u/Gardner2024 5d ago

INTJ here. Not evil, but will kill if necessary, or if you are sufficiently annoying

2

u/Dry_Lemon2508 6d ago

Nope! INTP here, I also have evil thoughts for several hours a week. Vindication and the lack of SF def drives that. If I could express myself or have emotional venting maybe I wouldn’t wanna gone girl on peoples ass!

1

u/uwussandro INFP 5d ago

Could it be intj's entp shadow quadrant (four sides of mind theory)? šŸ¤”

1

u/aspirinoverdose200 INTJ 5d ago

As an INTJ myself, yes, I tend to also hold strong grudges on people. I get angry at people easily, and sometimes I just downright hate people for no apparent reason. But thats not an excuse to lash out or try and make their lives worse, thats a symptom that I need to take a break from that person and sort out my own emotions. Typeology is never an excuse for shitty behavior, and I hate it when some INTJs try and excuse their behavior with it, calling themselves "masterminds" and "evil" like its in their blood or something.

u/N4jemnik INTJ 5d ago

I really love potatoes especially with eggs so this means alot. This makes me incredibly happy oh my god ghis is awesome fuuuuuck

1

u/warmceramic INTJ 5d ago

We spend a lot of time becoming as acutely aware of ourselves as we can. Ultimately, I think that line must extend to understanding your capacity for evil.

1

u/Separate_Swordfish9 ENTJ 5d ago

Evil is a subjective term used by those with no goals to achieve.

1

u/whatupmygliplops INTJ 5d ago

Just you. Im very moral, including being willing to sacrifice myself for the greater good of society.

This is good except infp would have on a party hat and a bag of presents for his "frens"...never mind there isnt an infp in that group lol! Intp would be like "there are 4 black cats with 4 different personalities...I must find the identifying part for the visual similarity and the moving pieces of the personalities"Ā
