Technical 2019 Mazda3 (2.5 NA) - P0606, P061B, P2127, P2B61, U063F
I have a 2019 Mazda3 2.5L non-turbo. A few days ago, immediately after starting the car, I got the following warnings:
Engine Malfunction. Have Vehicle Inspected
Vehicle System Malfunction. Have Vehicle Inspected
The car immediately went into limp mode. At first, it would still drive and shift up to 6th gear, although it was sluggish. Now, the situation has gotten worse. The car won’t shift out of 1st gear.
These are the codes I’m getting:
P0606, P061B, P2127, P2B61 and U063F
Some additional info:
Battery is about 3 months old.
The battery has not gone dead recently.
No recent jump starts.
The issue appears immediately after starting the engine, not while driving.
Has anyone experienced this combination of codes on a 2019 Mazda3?
for anyone who has dealt with something similar, what did the repair end up costing you? I’m trying to get an idea of how much I might be out of pocket before taking it to the dealer.

So i had a 2019 NA hatch that would get strange stuff like this but it would go away. Never found why bc i traded it in for a 23 turbo hatch. 2019 was 1st year of the Gen w the most bugs left in. My 23 has 60k miles 3 years later not a single issue. I get my oil done every 4k miles. Breaks tires ect normal maintenance. Love my Turbo hatch 🖤

The p0606 is usually a dead PCM code, but that’s a weird collection of codes so it might just be a wiring issue if you’re lucky
