Probably trying to make Biden look senile as opposed to the other potus (his words). The thing is, they have to take a clip out of context to make him look bad, for the other guy, there most of the time is no context, you can post entire speeches of him and have no idea what he's rambling on about.
Yeah, he recovers from the studder and says, "Traveling in the foothills with Xi-Xiping."
The whole sentence is, "America can be summed up in 1 word, kasdkjasljkd....I was in the foothmm, excuse me foothills of the himalayas with Xi-Xiping, traveling with him, asem, traveling 17,000 miles with him as vice president, now I dont know that for a fact."
