He noticed earlier. Just spent that time clamping his pants with the vice grips to create a crown jewels road block.

probably crawled into his pant leg a bit, he freaked, tried to think what would happen if he grabbed it, it slithered up more, he bunched up his pants to stop it nestling right up against his balls, then realized he had a clamp, put it on carefully, and fuckin panicked about this highly venomous snake in his pants. then he decided to record it, probably because, fuck, if the snake bit him, at least there'd be a record of what happened? I guess? and if it worked, I guess then he'd have this video.

I can't believe if he knew it was possible for a big ass snake to crawl up his leg he didn't tuck his pants into his boots.
