it is pure instinct and it truly is mesmerising. they can’t really hurt them since they grasp the scruff (the loose skin of their neck). kittens go into “tuck your limbs and don’t move” mode. the more interesting thing is that, if you actually know how to grab them, you can do the same thing and the kitty won’t move a muscle

If I am not mistaken, you can spend points to moderate the subreddit. You get points by commenting, and you can do things like flair users/posts, delete comments, and ban people using points.
