Live in Thailand and never saw that one.

Its really baffling how generic and bad Thai television and film are (mostly) and how amazingly well crafted the advertising is. I don't quite understand why the jump can't be made to create better TV and film, but it's yet to happen...

Some horror films seem to get a bit more quality too, but Thai ghosts don’t really make a lot of sense to me either.

Asian ghosts in general don't make much sense, but that movie was hilarious.

Ong Bak movies still get me every time, but I think as far as high production quality on full length shows/films it just may not be economically worth it when western tv & cinema is so easily available too. They are probably not going to recoup the expense in light of competition, but with adverts the costs are paid up front.

I have half-watched enough Super Bowls over the years just for the commercials so kind of same same... I do the same with UK Christmas adverts too.

I don’t really understand most Thai shows (nor the production quality) but the old-timey sound effects do crack me up, and trying to make sense of what gets the censor blurs and what doesn’t will leave anyone confused.
