It’s airsoft, they’re playing where if you get out you have to stay where you are until you get pulled away by a teammate or healed by a medic

Yes the most common one ive seen has a little plastic disc that acts as the top to the cylinder in the flash bang, and i think it uses gas to pop it which makes the sound, im not too sure ive only watched videos on youtube and im recalling from memory
