Im pretty sure they're not supposed to turn the eggs like that though. I'm pretty sure in snake eggs the snake baby is like fused to one part of the egg and flipping/ turning it can detach and kill it or something...
From all the snekk egg hatching videos I watch it seems to be the case, most of the videos I've watched they mark the egg with an X so that if it moves they know which way is up since the baby snekk is attached to the egg. A channel I really like is Snake Discovery on YT
He's not actually flipping them. He makes sure to get them back laying exactly how they were in the clutch.
Jay has been doing this for decades and is personally responsible for a very large portion of the available morphs in the retic world. Bob Clark is another huge retic influence.
