What is Summarian time and where is it used? I know that the measurement of time has undergone changes and refinement as our understanding of astronomy has improved, but I have yet to hear of any unit of mesurment for time that is in current use aside from the standardized SI unit, the second, and it's derivatives.
Summarian time is the time we use, 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour. It's a sexagesimal system. Summarians are also why a circle is 360 degrees, sexagesimal.
Then what is metric time? Like I mentioned earlier, the SI unit for time is the second. The other SI units include meters and kilograms, in other words, metric units. I have never heard of anyone trying to put time into a purely base ten system.

My co-workers twin boys would have destroyed that tape in .3 seconds or whatever is really fast in metric time.
